A Breathing Club is an online network and community that gathers to take short bombastic breaks through out the day.
Breaks are thought for and cater to the busy professional seeking to improve focus, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
The sessions are your quick escape to a more balanced and productive workday. Through the guided breath work and grounding exercises that we share, you'll alleviate brain fog, enhance concentration, and manage stress more effectively.
Maria-Piren is the brains and heart behind ABC [A Breathing Club].
The BA native is a certified yoga instructor (500h+) and over two decades of leadership in the corporate world. Her success stemmed not only from achieving goals but also from promoting a sense of well-being within her teams. She recognised the importance of addressing the human spirit alongside performance, paving the way for a more holistic approach to leadership.
Maria-Piren's path began at a young age. Witnessing firsthand how the power of these practices helped her navigate life's challenges is what sparked her passion to share this knowledge and empower others.

It's a 20-day challenge designed to help you reduce stress, improve energy, and boost productivity through daily breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness practices.
We are running it for 20 days to help you get into the habit, and because we know sometimes life gets in the way. No excuses, only opportunities!
This challenge is open to anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and performance. No prior experience in yoga or meditation is needed.
The challenge runs for 20 days.
It starts on Monday 04th November and ends on Friday 29th November.
Every session will last 20 minutes.
For best results, you are encouraged to show up to every session. However, if life gets on the way, it is ok to skip a session. You can still join for other sessions.
Every week, there will be a recorded session shared by email with the option to purchase the recordings of the entire challenge.
Sessions will happen via zoom. You do not need any technical equipment!
A link to join will be sent via email upon registration.
This is the structure of a sample session:
1. Intro [2 mins]
2. Grounding breathwork [2 mins]
3. Light physical movement [6 mins]
4. Mindful practice [5 mins]
5. QA [5 mins]
Practices and breathwork techniques will vary from session to session. The aim is to help you develop a variety of tools. Some practices are more grounding, others more empowering, and others more mindful.
- It is an all levels challenge.
- No equipment is needed, just a zoom account.
- Sessions will be recorded. Recordings of the full challenge will be available in exchange of a small processing fee.
- 1 Weekly recording will be shared via email with all participants, together with a list of all QA of the week, in written.
- The challenge is free to join. Whoever wants to continue with the practices will have the opportunity to buy a membership for the ABC [A Breathing Club].
